FORT WORTH, Texas – A shocking incident has left a Fort Worth family reeling after a woman was shot multiple times while sleeping in her home on Shasta Trail early Friday morning. The gunfire erupted around 2:10 a.m., with reports of up to 20 shots fired, striking the victim through her side window.
The woman remains hospitalized but is expected to survive, according to her grandson, who shared that both he and his grandmother were asleep when the ordeal occurred.
