Tragic Motorcycle Crash in Dallas Claims Lives of Rider and Child
DALLAS – A devastating motorcycle accident in the 3200 block of Lancaster Road on Saturday resulted in the deaths of two individuals, including an 8-year-old girl. The Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office has confirmed the identities of the victims.
The motorcycle rider, 33-year-old Kevin Eugene Waggoner, was pronounced dead at 6:20 p.m., shortly after the crash, which occurred around 6 p.m. at the busy intersection. Tragically, Sirayjah Parson, an 8-year-old girl, was also declared dead at the scene, just four minutes prior, at 6:16 p.m.
Emergency responders reported that Waggoner lost control of his motorcycle before crashing into two children, both under the age of 10.
