Killeen, TX – The Killeen community is in mourning following the tragic death of Fire Captain Marvin Taylor III, who passed away in a vehicle crash on Mother’s Day. The accident occurred early Sunday morning as Taylor was leaving an Austin hospital after welcoming his fifth child. On his way to pick up his other children, his vehicle was struck from behind.
Captain Taylor, a dedicated firefighter since 2014, was recently assigned to the Training Division.
